Individualized Quality Therapy, LLC-Certified Hand Therapy

I come here for 3 months on my hand. From day one I was comfortable there. Sydney, Madison and Alyssa were so great! They made the 3 times a week task fun to do. I got great care, great advice and the number one thing that I got out of it was the genuine care for ME. I tried being strong during my therapy and they all understood my ornery days. Also all the help to make my decisions as to what to buy for everyday use. I am much better now. If I ever need their services I will only go back to this place! Keep up the good work ladies. I sure miss all of you!

My experience was exceptional! I met Sydney at my doctor appointment and was impressed with our conversation. She made me feel comfortable and explained what therapy could help me accomplish. Alyssa was my therapist for most sessions. She is knowledgeable, patient and reassuring. Everything was explained in detail. Questions were answered with clarity. I can confidently recommend this practice. If I have needs in the future, I’ll definitely return.

I can’t say enough good things about Sydney, Allan, and Madison! They are not only the most dedicated, supportive, and knowledgeable therapists but also genuinely amazing people. I loved that each visit was focused on the achieving my individualized goals they set for me based on their expertise and that they included me in the processes of healing. They always went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and continued to work with me well past when my hand surgeon had left it up to me to get my fully range of motion back. I will always be so thankful I found IQT and I definitely shed a few tears after my last session.

They did a great job both before and after surgery. Very responsive and considerate of schedule changes. Sydney and the team were terrific to work with. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Individualized Quality Therapy. Sydney has a masters knowledge of occupational therapy while understanding the human element of the injuries as well. She did an excellent job of explaining and teaching. She is very nice and funny and a pleasure to be around. I will be forever grateful for how she helped me! Her staff was great as well. Very accommodating with scheduling too. You could not pick a better occupational therapist!!
