I would like to share my excellent experience shopping at this particular location. I had the pleasure of encountering cashier Ms. Lisa and the manager Ms. Maria. They both exemplified the most remarkable customer service skills. They both expressed patience, understanding, and a willingness to listen and solve the issues with the pricing of several items. I appreciated their high level of communication and professionalism. Thank you for making each customer feel valued and a priority. Continue to shine brightly both of you!

One of the best pharmacies in town! In particular pharmacy tech Fhami, every encounter is great, keeps everything smooth and he is always so kind and helpful. Never a disappointment when he is working,

Over the last 2.5 years, not once has my prescription been filled on time here. The staff seems overworked and stressed all the time, and I’m done getting anything filled here. I rather drive an extra 15 min but 1. Have my medication when I’m told it will be ready and 2. Have a friendly person actually greet me to get my medication. Hire some more staff.

Every single time I go to this Walgreens there’s an issue today I went to pick up my medication inside. The line was nine people long at 4 o’clock so I got in my car drove to the drive-through where I waited an hour only to pull to the window and have pharmacy text. Tell me that they couldn’t give me my prescriptions because their pricing system was down and therefore they didn’t know how much to charge me even though I’ve been on the same prescriptions for 12 years And in the last 10 months have been filled there and they could’ve looked to see what I’ve paid and had me pay it Instead, I left without my medication that I needed had to drive to CVS and change all my prescriptions so Walgreens I hope you go bankrupt and I urge everybody to not ever take your prescription to Walgreens if you

Walgreens at LaGrange and Rte. 30, Frankfort is so understaffed it is impossible to get a script filled in a timely manner, especially if your Dr. calls in a script early to be filled a day or a week from the time it was called in. The staff is mostly very friendly but they are terribly understaffed. My scripts are called in early from my doctor every month so I have to call the pharmacy numerous times on the day to be released, on hold for 20+ minutes and automatically disconnected after that. I have complained to Walgreens and yet nothing changes. Terrible service!
