The overall experience was horrible. I went to urgent care because I hurt myself at work. They saw me, but sent me to the ER for some tests. The person that saw me said, “if you need any paperwork filled out for work restrictions, come back and see us and we will help you. The ER doctor gave restrictions and told me to follow up with urgent care or my doctor. Unfortunately, my doctor was out of town. For this reason, I had my follow up appointment at this location and I brought the paperwork that needed to be filled out with me. The NP I saw that day checked with her boss, who told her to fill out the paperwork. The NP filled out the paperwork. I thought everything was resolved. The paperwork was not filled out correctly and I emailed this office the paperwork that was filled out and prov

I went in for a DOT medical exam for work. The staff here were very welcoming and helpful in making sure the payment was billed through my job rather than to me personally. They also made sure all documentation was filed correctly to eliminate any potential hiccups. I would definitely recommend this establishment to a friend or co-worker.

Always have an amazing experience . The front desk is professional and friendly! Wow what a breath of fresh air. The doctors are truly educated in their craft and I really feel like they care. They explain everything and put my concerns at rest. I love how passionate the doctors are about their job. Most places I feel like I’m dealing with order takers. This urgent care is the best I’ve been too. They are close to my house so that is convenient but if I had to drive an hour to go to this urgent care , I would. That’s how much I love this place.
