Dr. Khan and the entire staff at Midland Oral Surgery’s Frankfort office were excellent. I was treated with courtesy and respect. I was able to schedule appointments quickly and provided with transparency about costs. The staff offered good explanations of the procedures and also provided written instructions as well as encouragement to call with any questions. Thank you!

Just had three teeth pulled and two implants put in at 8:30am. They said the pain and antibiotic scripts would be sent directly to the pharmacy. But, three hours later I’m getting a rude runaround from office staff. They did finally get the scripts sent after I demanded better service. Great doctor, two star office. Thanks for your thoughtful response. I’m healing well after about two weeks. Three extractions and two implants are working out well. Would definitely recommend this practice.

I called to schedule an appointment and specifically selected the Frankfort location since it was the closest to me. I was able to schedule the appointment successfully, but the only email I received was for consent. I never received any confirmation or appointment reminders. When I arrived at the facility, I was met by a rude front desk receptionist who informed me that my appointment had actually been scheduled for the Tinley Park location, not Frankfort. This was extremely frustrating since I took the time to select the correct location during the phone menu process. The lack of communication, combined with the unprofessional interaction at the front desk, reflects poorly on the quality of service. I would recommend trying another office if possible.

This place will try to bleed your insurance dry. They just want money! What is odd to me, is that Burke Orthodontist is a very reputable place, yet they continue to recommend Midland. Stay away from Midland!

My experience today with Midland oral surgery was excellent. From the ladies at the desk to Julia who assisted Dr. Hajiharis. Julia, knowledgeable, professional, and made me so comfortable and reassured. Can’t say enough about Dr. Hajiharis. He thought I was just saying it was my best dental experience. IT WAS!! I could go on and on, I would recommend Midland Oral surgery to anyone. Thank you Dr. Hajiharis and Julia. Jackie Miller
