We just moved to the area and I had prescriptions sent here from a pain clinic that I have been going to for years. The medications did not have a diagnosis code attached to them so the pharmascist called the pain clinic. She did not agree with the pain clinic treating me for the condition, so she decided not to fill my medications. Medications that I have been on for years. Medications that help me lead a normal life. This pharmascist does not understand all disease processes. I will never understand a pharmacist dictating treatment for a patient. She should stay in her lane. Stay far away from here.

Kimberly is amazing. She helped me early this morning develop photos. It wasn’t an easy project considering I took the photo on an iPhone, but she got it done. And it is beautiful. Thank you for being so patient with me today, Kimberly. You were wonderful.

Pharmacy department needs to get it together. Every single time I come in the pharmacist is rude and acts like it’s the patient’s issue when they don’t do their jobs. I told her prescription was sent in two weeks ago and she said it’s no longer available and was put back on the shelf, I corrected her and told her I was never notified it was ready as there was an insurance reasoning. I called in insurance info a week ago and apparently it was never updated because I had to provide it again. Sadly this isn’t the first time this sort of thing has happened. Truly hoping insurance allows us to do mail in orders so we don’t have to deal with this anymore.

Closed the pharmacy 4 hours earlier than when their website says. I called ahead to make sure prescription they had for over 3 weeks was filled(it wasn't) drove an hour out to destin to walk to a closed pharmacy 4 hours early to hear a snarky blond lady say "its a customer and i really dont want to talk to that guy." And finally a guy comes to the door and says he wont even transfer the rx and that tge system was down. If i had to guess, it was the same guy who said he would have it ready by 330 and i would receive a text (I DIDN'T) now i have to go to work without my meds... I'm transferring all my rxs and suggest others do the same

Stopped here for some chocolate. The cashier was delightful . The store is always clean and organized! 💜
