Walgreens

Just had a pretty negative experience at this Walgreens. The only reason I’m not giving fewer stars is because I have had other good interactions. I went in to fill a prescription from an out of state doctor and the pharmacist Brad was so huffy about it like I was really putting him out. I couldn’t figure out what was wrong about just asking him to do his job. I asked him if he isn’t used to transferring prescriptions and he acted insulted and said he does it all the time everyday. I said then is there an issue from my doctor and he said he just isn’t used to transferring prescriptions from them. Okay… He continued to act like I was putting him out and when he got on the phone with the other facility and obviously got a negative response to being able to fulfill my prescription he told the

Super helpful and kind staff. Well organized and clean store. Pharmacy being 24hrs is a god send. I drive an extra ten minutes just to shop at this location. Also, the gentleman with the red hair and beard in the pharmacy is a real delight. Where most people look miserable at their jobs, he seems to love his and his energy is a treat.

WoW WoW WoW The rudest pharmacist/hippie I have ever dealt with in my life. Short temper pharmacist, he was trying to sell me some one touch strips. The shelf said $149 and he try to charge me $179, I question him about it, and he said well this is what is ringing up, take it or leave it . I was like what, I couldn’t believe how he was treating me, I didn’t appreciate that at all. Then he passed the box to Mrs. Tina and I told her that the shelf says $149 she went to verify the $149. She took the tag off and brought it over and looked at the register and saw that it said $179 what was rung up by the pharmacist, then she said it’s $179, and I told her let me take a picture of the tag and she refused to show me the tag so I can take a picture. I have used this Walgreens for over 25 years and

Open 24 hours, eh? Drove 20 minutes to get some surgical bandages that we needed immediately. This is the sign on the door with a closed store. The girl offered an excuse that she was alone. So what? Do your job. And if that’s someone else’s fault, maybe you should find a new manager who is capable of keeping the store open. Last time I’ll ever trust Walgreens to be open and the last time I’ll even shop there. $10 gas WASTED.

Their pharmacy staff is usually the best I've encountered. Not anymore they were rude and hateful, when asked their name to report fo manager they refused. I called the 800 number which were very sweet. Their manager didn't care they were rude and refusing to say their names. He even tried to say my doctor wouldn't approve my medications, and if he would have called me while the office was still open, he would have seen how wrong he really is.
