First time visiting this office. I had a wonderful experience from the minute that I walked in the front door. Everyone was so Kind and caring. Dr. Baylor and Dr. Oyler had already looked over my x-rays before I came into the office. They went step by step through my care plan and made me feel very comfortable about the procedure. When I went to check out , the girl that handles the Bookkeeping explained all of my charges and set up my appointment for the root canal . I have complete trust in these two doctors.

I have nothing but accolades for Cleveland Dental. Not only do they have an incredible staff, they continuously incorporate the latest and greatest equipment and dental techniques. Cleveland Dental keeps the patients as their number one focus. I’ve had some great dental experiences in other cities. Cleveland Dental has not only been equal to other practices, it has far exceeded the others. Their office is like a family from the moment you walk in the door to when you have checked out. I HIGHLY recommend.

Cleveland Dental was superior in customer service and showed professional courtesy in every respect. No issues with understanding, Dr Ernest Oyler (Ernie) explained any issue concerning your teeth explicitly. Staff members demostrated up-to-date techniques used in diagnosistics of your teeth. Staff were very forth coming in welcoming me to the location. Highly recommend Cleveland Dental to anyone seeking dental care treatment in the future. Scheduling and follow- up was coordinated with staff and communicated with the patient.

I’ve been going to this office for years and they made me feel welcomed and comfortable on the first visit. The entire staff is professional and friendly. They are always open to accommodate my needs and visits based on my schedule. Dr. Oyler explains procedures and openly discusses risks and benefits, so I can make an informed decision.

Awesome people! Very friendly and thorough. Dr. Ernie is fantastic. Go see them, they will not scold you if you haven't had your teeth cleaned in years....like me!
