I don’t usually write reviews, but I honestly feel like this orthodontist deserves every bit of recognition. This was my first time ever getting braces, and I walked in terrified, overwhelmed, and unsure of what to expect. But from start to finish, they made the entire experience easier than I ever imagined. They didn’t just treat me like another patient—they genuinely cared. They checked on my comfort constantly, made sure I was okay, and took their time walking me through every single step. Nothing was rushed, nothing was brushed off. They explained what they were doing, why they were doing it, and what I should expect next. That meant so much to me, especially since I had no idea what I was getting into. This location has me so frustrated, we moved and couldn't get into our account to do scans we called once a week for almost 4 months to get help they said we will call you back and figure this out. No one could figure it out. So at this point its time for their new set of liners, we go in for an appt and I pay off the remaining balance in full. She hands me a receipt it says paid in full and I go on my way. Today the account charges me so I look it up and they are trying to charge me another 3300.00 after just paying the full balance off. The original document said 6211.00 and my insurance was paying half so I owed 2562.00 remaining balance, I paid monthly payments for a year of 129.00. Which leaves a balance of 1548.00 at the time of paying it off my account said 2400.00 so I said ok ill

Absolutely amazing! Would recommend to all my friends. Dr. Weathersby was incredible and made my daughter feel so comfortable and her teeth look fantastic!

The staff at Smile Doctors is amazing! They are always very efficient, attentive, and kind. The staff is knowledgeable and can explain things clearly. I did invisalign through them and could not be happier with the results so far! I would highly recommend to everyone!

I absolutely love smile doctors !! They are all very genuine people ! Alisha is an amazing woman she has been along side my long and not easy journey she has been very compassionate person to my feelings and my teeth problems . I one hundred percent recommend this place to anyone needing orthodontist treatment !
