Walgreens

This is the second time now I’ve tried to use this pharmacy. They have very extended wait times, making you wait 45 minutes for a prescription initially, then they’ll tell you oh it’s another 15 minutes another 2-3 times! I’m not saying they’re not nice, but this is the second time in a month at two completely different times of the day where they’ve made me wait for extended periods of time even after waiting and coming back in, they’ll still not be ready. Very unreliable prescription ready times. I’ll just try a different pharmacy next time.

Pharmacy and Pharmacy staff are amazing, kind, helpful and always ask detailed questions about medications and existing conditions. The staff for the front of the store (retail/photo) I have not experienced anything bad as other people are reviewing here, however, I also have not felt anything great either. I would say pharmacy-5/5 retail/photo- 3/5

I have been going to this pharmacy since it was built after Mugsy McGuire’s was tore down. It was great at first I really loved it, now the pharmacy staff are HORRENDOUS . I have had so many things happen throughout the years at this establishment. It has become so BAD that at one point a man on the phone said he was the pharmacist on duty when in fact he was not (I think some laws were violated there). This Walgreens at this point needs to be changed into a dollar general. I am pretty sure corporate knows how bad it has gotten there. Thank goodness I left this pharmacy and I hope anyone else that has had issues to save them some trouble and run. Run far away from there 🤕😵

Poor customer services. Rude staff, especially the person with the pink hair. Not sure how they got that job or keep it. Pricing of items is often correct and management does not seem to care. Just don't stop here.

We fought with the pharmacy for TWO DAYS whole days trying to get my grandmother her prescriptions she needed. They said they sent them, we drove all over town to find they never sent them anywhere. And when my grandma calls back AGAIN for the 6th time in 2 days, the lady hung up. So so so RUDE to hang up when she was just trying to say it’s too much for a woman her age to try and fight with the pharmacist about prescriptions she’s been on for years. Furthermore they had horrible attitudes yesterday when we went through to try and get it fixed. I get if you had a bad day, bad week. But nobody’s grandparent should have to breakdown just to get their meds to survive.. simply, be nice and patient.
