Could not give zero stars. Not worth your time to purchase supplies here. I left messages by phone and in person for months, and the billing representative never contacted me.

1. Was told my out of pocket would be around $200 and then I would pay around $20 a month for supplies and lease terms. After terms were met, I would just have to pay for supplies as needed. They would send me supplies and bill me automatically. I then get a $850 bill from them. Try to return the machine because I can buy my own, cheaper, online and outright. They state that I will still owe even if I return the machine, because it is a lease I agreed to. The excuse I got was "the employee that told you this doesn't work here anymore." 2. They have sent me supplies once in a year. Pretty sure I am supposed to have replacement masks/filters/hoses/etc more than that. Just get the prescription and buy the equipment outright. Work with your doctor to get it set up. This is a joke

Buyer Beware. You should pass on ordering CPAP supplies here. They know your coverage for supplies before they order. They failed to inform me of the costs I would need to pay! If you're looking for trust honesty and and integrity than you should choose a different provider. I was hoodwinked for the costs that a previous supplier had covered and sadly they knew it! Not reparable!

Let’s just say they don’t know what they are doing. I’ve called them my insurance and every time Ronda the lady who does “everything to keep this place running” does everything in her power to make your life complicated. She will tell my insurance advocate the complete opposite she tells me and so I get absolutely no where because she doesn’t know how to file your claim and they owe me $160 they refuse to give back. They do not follow insurance contracts or your best interest DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Try every other place other than this one and DO NOT SEE DR. ALAM. You will find that these places do not practice your best interest at heart.

Let me start out by saying that I think the root of the problem is the owner of this equipment shop, dr Alam. He owns the sleep clinic next door. I had been his patient but had to switch dr.’s because he was so inflexible and unresponsive about my treatment. Staff keeps changing, equipment would not be in stock causing me to wait and not get my equipment cycled through as frequently as it should, at my last visit for my headgear I was just shown the equipment I asked for, no discussion, didn’t check my machine to see how I had been doing with my previous equipment, just showed me the headgear and let me try it on. The last straw was not being called when my equipment came in, and the clerk being defensive and short about it. I had called multiple times and waited WEEKS on the equipment. T
