Awesome place to go Very professional and thorough on cleanings. Appointments for some reason your appointment gets canceled for sickness at the office. You don’t have to worry about calling him back because they will call you to reschedule or to set up another appointment amazing customer service. Thanks for all That you do awesome job to everyone it works in this office

I’ve been going here for years and I have never experienced such poor care. The older receptionist is horrendous to speak with. Not polite at all. No “Hi, how’s your day going?” Nothing. I had cavities filled and was still having pain and sensitivity so I went back and it seemed as if the dentist and hygienist could not be bothered with my concerns. They just quickly checked my bite and rushed me out. No acknowledgment of my concerns. I’ve never had such bad pain and sensitivity after getting fillings so I was concerned. Very sad since I’ve been a patient for years but I will absolutely not be returning here and do not recommend this place if you’re looking for proper care.

Always great service! They are very accommodating when scheduling appointments. Dr.Koester is very thorough, he explains every procedure before and while he's doing it. The dental hygienist also did a great job with my cleaning. I've never had any pain during any of my procedures. I would recommend the Dental Group of Carbondale to anyone who is in need of a dentist.

No issues with the dental staff but the receptionist front desk employees really dropped the ball. I’ve waited almost 2months to be seen for work on a tooth. I’ve been in excruciating pain the past 2weeks get to my appointment 40mins early to be told we cancelled your appointment because you didn’t answer to confirm your appointment. They never logged my new phone number in or even asked at the time of setting the appointment for my number and yet even arriving early I was told we cancelled and filled that time and the next opening would basically be another month out even after already waiting this long. Even told them the level of pain yet it was treated like “meh not my problem”. Absolutely ridiculous, get the proper information next time so you don’t just go canceling people who are in

I love this place! I went to a dentist in Marion who tried to tell me I needed a crown and a root canal and all sorts of things after taking X-rays. I went to Dental Group of Carbondale for a second opinion, and asked the Marion dentist to send them my X-rays. After asking three times for them to be sent over, I go to my appointment and find out they’re completely illegible. Dental Group of Carbondale redid my X-rays at no cost to me and explained that while one tooth did need a large filling, I did NOT need a root canal or crown or anything like that. I’ve been going to the Dental Group of Carbondale ever since and they’re still just as great!
