Walgreens

This is the worst pharmacy I've had to deal with as of recent times. I'm diabetic and use a weekly injection of which I have had to restart 4 times now because they cancel my orders, temporarily close whenever they feel like it and never have any of it in stock so I'm left waiting weeks and weeks which forces me to restart from the bottom over and over. This garbage pharmacy is playing with peoples lives. I do not recommend this pharmacy. Once I can find somewhere else to get my medication from I am done with walgreens.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for about three years, and while I’ve tried to give a lot of grace, the issues have been consistent enough that I finally transferred my prescriptions elsewhere. I’ve seen several pharmacists and techs come and go, and unfortunately the overall culture hasn’t changed. One of the hardest experiences was a pharmacist yelling at me when I was just trying to ask a simple question about requesting a name-brand medication. She kept answering a different question and assumed she knew what I was asking instead of listening. Honestly, the whole interaction left me shaken. I have used this Walgreens pharmacy for 6 years and its service has gone wrong quickly. Two days ago, my doctor sent them a prescription, and as of 3:30 pm today they STILL had not filled it. When I asked their manager for an explanation, he told me my prescription "was sent to mini-fulfillment", or some corporate gobbledygook that is meaningless to me. I suppose, for purposes of addressing a dissatisfied customer, he could have said, "Our management continues to implement cost-cutting procedures we have no control over. We're sorry for being so lame." They won't even pay to have a clerk on duty to serve customers their filled prescriptions while the rest of the pharmacy staff eats lunch. That was another wasted attempt to get my prescription. I'm moving my business to the Ingles pharmacy.

The Walgreens Canton store is a great location! Super clean. I love their products/seasonal items! The staff is always welcoming upon entering/ leaving the store.

Walgreens in Canton NC is a joke. They are hardly ever open and my doctor sent in a prescription yesterday morning and they still dont have it ready. I went without my meds for 2 weeks because they were closed!
