Ingles Pharmacy

Horrible! If their voicemail is broken then they shouldn’t have the option to leave a message about prescriptions. My VA doctor called in a prescription to this pharmacy, and left a voicemail. When I got there to pick my prescription up they said that they didn’t have my orders or medications because their voicemail hasn’t worked for months. How frustrating!!! Why give that option when you call the pharmacy phone number if your voicemail is broken. And if your voicemail is broken, why not do something to fix it instead of accepting that it is what it is. Needless to say I did not get my prescription.

Always amazing service. Erin the pharmacist is so helpful and so kind and caring! She is the best! My doc can call a script in and they text me in 15 minutes and it's already filled. Eli is also a very good worker in the pharmacy! Very helpful as well. If you're in canton you'd be wise to switch to ingles pharmacy!!

This pharmacy is horrible I have had more than 1 issue with them. They have on 2 occasions when speaking with them called me a liar about items I haven't received and items that I was told something different if you visit I would record you conversation with them or you will be told that too.

Doctor calls in test strips for diabetes,but doesn't specify brand. Instead of asking they guess at my brand. I get home 25 minutes away with the wrong brand. I call the store and they tell me they just guessed at it. Just bring them back and they will swap. I send my daughter back and they want more money after all that trouble. I told them I will take my bussiness elsewhere. The pharmacist says he will wave the difference and be glad to send my prescription to another pharmacy. That isn't good customer service. Don't guess at someone's medicine. That isn't what upsets me. If you are going to swap it out and then lie. That is why I was so upset.
