WakeMed MyCare 365 Primary & Urgent Care - University Place

I’m visiting with my son and fell ill. I didn’t want to go to the doctor but I was getting worse. So I decided I needed to go. Daisy the front desk receptionist; was extremely helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable about new patient procedure policies. She made it very easy and clear what she needed. She was done less than 10 minutes and I didn’t have to fill out any long forms or answer many questions especially since I wasn’t feeling well. The P.A. was also extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He prescribed the medications I needed. And, with 2 Days started to feel much better. He was very caring. The office and exam room was very clean. I would highly recommend this urgent care.

WakeMed MyCare 365 at University Place has been great to work with. At Kennedy ABA, we hear from families all the time, and so many of them talk about how friendly, patient, and helpful the staff here are. The providers really listen, explain things clearly, and make the whole visit feel a lot less stressful. They’re quick, organized, and really on top of communication. Families get the guidance they need, whether it’s a referral, follow-up, or just reassurance. It’s obvious the team here truly cares about the kids and the parents who walk through the door. Dr. Yuval is my angel doctor as he has gone above and beyond to address my concerns and provide impactful medical advice. He is extremely knowledgeable, passionate about his service and provides excellent care, including timely and thorough follow-ups. Came in without an appointment on Saturday. They were extremely nice, very thorough. And very respectful. They sent me to another location for x-rays in which their service was also exceptional. MyChart was extremely easy to set up. Will definitely be going back.

The staff at the WakeMed Urgent Care in Chapel Hill were very competent, understanding, and supportive of my health situation. I had put off tending to my condition due to my skepticism of any thing helping, but the people there relieved me of this…and came up with a plan that would lead me to relief and healing.
