WakeMed MyCare 365 Primary & Urgent Care - Lowes Grove

I had a great experience at this urgent care today. I was seen very quickly, which was such a relief, and the PA truly took the time to listen and understand what was going on with my pain. I never felt rushed or dismissed. The whole visit was efficient, professional, and compassionate. I’m very grateful for the care I received and would absolutely recommend them.

First time being seen at this location. I was very pleased with everything from the time I walked in to the time I left. Staff was friendly and helpful. Once the provider came in Mrs. Mciver was very attentive and helpful. She answered all my questions and helped with my concerns. I will be coming back as primary care patient. Thanks to everyone who helped today.

I have never felt more heard as a patient than I did when I visited this urgent care. The PA, Annelise Landreth, was amazing. She listened to everything I had to say and made absolutely sure that I was comfortable and had all of my questions answered before leaving.
