WakeMed MyCare 365 Primary & Urgent Care - Hope Valley

Very happy with my visit. Wonderful facility and was seen right away. Very welcoming space and everyone from the front desk, nurse and doctor were wonderful. Doctor took her time and carefully listened to my symptoms. Very thorough. Left feeling very hopeful and with a prescription that really helped me. Highly recommend.

I've been going to WakeMed - Hope Valley since mid 2024 and have had great experiences. I see Monikah Kelly for my primary care, and she has been amazing. She's is genuinely invested in my health and always listens to my concerns. I've had bad experiences at other healthcare offices where I've been dismissed... for literally years, so my experience with WakeMed has been refreshing. I've been referred to WakeMed women's care, ENT, gastroenterology, and all have been good experiences. All the staff I've encountered have been friendly. I had to get quite a bit of blood drawn one day, and they were super attentive and caring when I felt light-headed during the process. I definitely recommend them for primary and urgent care. Beautiful service at this WakeMed office ! Everyone is friendly and smiling , warm and loving energy in this place . NP Monikah Kelly who saw me was very attentive and professional , with great patience she answered all my questions with detailed explanations. . I felt welcomed here and I chose this place for my primary care . Much love and gratitude to you for wonderful job you are doing and amazing service you are providing ! Every person I interacted with was courteous, professional and helpful. I did not have an appointment and was brought back to an exam room and seen within just a few minutes after arriving. Monikah, the NP I saw, was a great listener, thorough, took her time, made sure all my questions were answered. The physical space was nice, very clean! I was in and out in less than an hour. Very impressed with this office. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

Got to use the tele health option, and it was really great to get the advice and care I needed without having to leave my house. The FNP I had was very nice and professional and made sure she answered all my questions and had everything I needed. Would definitely use again.
