Had a very bad hurt shoulder. Didn’t know who to turn to because I couldn’t afford medical help. Needed an orthopedic specialist, and that is impossible to do on your own with no money and insurance. Kim could tell I was seriously hurt and fast tracked my screening the same day I walked in, and booked the earliest appointments they had. The even booked the ortho before I even saw the primary doctor I believe. They are very thorough, and they don’t hold back on care. They get you the help you need without a thought. My primary doctor is great, my orthopedic specialist is great, the nurses are great, everyone is great. I feel very cared for at this place. I look forward to continued care with them. Thank you everyone for all you do, I am so grateful.

VIM is a great clinic, polite, helpful, efficient staff and doctors. They're a much needed resource in the community helping the less fortunate and providing healthcare for those who may not be able to afford it on their own.

The dedication, compassion, and professionalism of the staff makes a big impact on patients like me who do not have health insurance and can not afford to seek healthcare.

Went to get screened and was missing a bank statement (told KIM I would have it printed) Inforned them I am very concerned about my elevated blood pressure, dangerously high, taken at the dentist just prior. They suggested I go to this clinic. Come to find out: didn't accept my tax return on my phone and told me to print it myself And bring my dividend statements which wasn't on the first list of screening requirements when I called the day before So my next visit will be a second screening which is disheartening. Very sad that people just don't care:( I guess I'm going elsewhere as fast as possible

VIM has been a Big blessing for me and mom! We been here for almost a year and aww what a GREAT JOB can’t ask for more! All The staff so friendly and ready to help you especially ms.Alba ❤️ so nice and bilingual!They will find the best solution for your medical problems. I have a really bad sleep apnea and this clinic donate my sleeping Cpap equipment with oxygen! Now i feel like a normal person full of energy! Thanks to my Dr. Jordan and Kim and all who donate too.. Dr.Alan Eddison one of the best doctors who been helping my mom to control her Diabetes we are really thankful for all your help. 🙏 Team VIM ❤️
