Vizavee Urgent Care

I have strep with pneumonia, ear infections, and sins infection with Influence A. This was all of their own diagnosis, and I only it got it after bugging them over the phone for 3 days. They finally gave me my results. Then I called back to see what they wanted to give me to feel better, and they told me to let it go on its own. I am to say not very happy or feeling better. They had no empathy, no professionalism, and could not have given a damn about me or the review I am posting.

We love this establishment!! Awesome staff and the Dr Jeff Chajulall is the BEST!! Love him he’s so patient and truly cares and addresses all ur needs and concerns. Recommend 💯%!!! You can thank me later cause u won’t be disappointed❤️

They scheduled me for a day they know they have no Dr. so I show up and it’s dark in the halls, the girl at the front had her head in her phone and finally acknowledged me and I told her I have an appointment. She proceeds to ask my name, looks at the appointment and says yeah we don’t have any appointments on this day because we never have a Dr at that location. Needless to say I took a PTO from work for that appointment that they scheduled me for knowing they have no Dr on that day, they could’ve called and told me but they wait til I show up.i will not be going back to this primary, I changed to a new primary Dr.

After visiting the clinic with flu like symptoms, I was not tested for the flu or for COVID because the ARNP stated that by the time they got test results back from lab, my symptoms would be subsiding. I have always had these tests done on the spot. There shouldn’t have been a need to send the tests out. Anyway, was given an Rx for a Medrol pack and sent on my way. Today is 10 days later and I went to a different urgent care clinic where I was diagnosed with the flu. They did the test in the office! I was charged 119.00 by VIZAVEE for absolutely nothing. I will never be back nor will I ever recommend this clinic.

We had to contact Vizavee Urgent and Primary care well on vacation from Bermuda. we were very impressed with their service. Fast, friendly, and thorough!! Much appreciated when not in your own country. Well, done… And he’s feeling better!!
