This place is a mess. No wonder they have failed inspections the food is basically prison food. My friend spent a week here and she couldn’t wait to leave. She kept begging them to transfer her. Don’t come here. Don’t send your family here. It’s not a good place. she had to provide her own Chuck’s for the bed and they used diapers that were too small for her, then chastise her because she would be wet when they come to change her. She ended up here because of a stroke and needed rehab, but this place is not really set up for that. The gym equipment is so old it’s from the 70s.

I can’t say enough great things about this facility in Wauchula! The staff is caring, professional, and always goes the extra mile for the residents. You can truly feel the love and dedication in everything they do. A special shout out to Margarita!!! Who is an amazing transportation driver and caregiver, always so kind, dependable, and full of heart. The residents are in great hands here. Highly recommend! 💙🧡 Thank you again Margarita 🥰

admitted after post hospital discharge The building needs a major remodel there are destroyed wall mold and old equipment in rehab services. Enough of that the nursing staff and aide staff are exceptional. Two of aides on West side Janey and Marianne are warm compassionate people that give 100 percent every single day. R D Dilley.

I was particularly impressed with my CNA Janie. She was top shelf. Always there when I needed her. Matt, the rehab manager, was always on top of things and knew what was happening. The service was outstanding.

At first I was angry, and then sad, and then I gave in. My loved one is here now. He had a stroke. He is well taken care of. The foods not restaurant quality, but it's more like tv dinner quality. I didn't like the way therapy spoke to me at first they had a super friggin attitude and no it never changes. I stopped carrying how rude they were when I saw them care for my father. Maybe they are rude, maybe the foods not gourmet, but I'd choose those minor flaws for caring staff and dedicated nurses and therapists over 5 star food and a brand new facility. They treat their clients with as much respect and privacy and love as the patients and family will allow them too.
