I had an appointment at 8:30 this morning to be tested for covid. The doctor walks in and gives me the rundown on how being exposed to covid is a 12 day wait. I was tested this morning due to my job and the fact that I have patience myself. The doctor informed me if I can live with it on my conscious 2 walk-around my friends and family then go at it. Then because I made the comment am I wasting my time to get tested. He inform me I'm acting like I know more about covid than anybody. All because I said if I don't get tested for work then I cannot go to work. You don't have to be a doctor or a nurse to get educated on covid-19 do remember you're not even a full doctor you have to work underneath a doctor. Will be finding a new doctor still waiting on that phone call from you doc

Walk in set up an appointment they assume you are on Medicaid or Medicare. Need to ask others about how to set up an appointment if you have actual good insurance. Probably difficult to make appointment if not? Sit there for hours when you have an appointment and then the doctor just refers for tests or other doctors and talks to you. They dont carry an immunizations they refer you to health department for that and turn nose up when you want to do testing at QuestDiagnostics as opposed to Florida Hospital because they are affiliated. Lauren Canary is good but she is a PA not a doctor, Dr Geldhart's office but he works at the ER never sees the office. No clue on the other people. Doctor Coaker is a very nice and very understandable doctor. He listens and never in no hurry. I’m so glad I changed doctors he’s the best. Thanks a million.

These people in this office have to be some of the dumbest staff I have ever seen in my life other doctor's offices can call them for referrals or other things and they say that they will take the phone call or that they will do what they say they will do then they will not do it at all, you try to get service through these people and they tell you they'll help you but then they don't do it or you have to keep calling them and calling them over and over just to get them to do something simple what do they get paid to do all day it's a miscommunication between the front and the doctors in the back maybe it's a little bit of both but I would never go back here again because of all the garbage I've had to put up with
