AdventHealth Wauchula

I live in Estero and a dear friend was taken to Advent Care Hospital Wachula. It was getting close to dark and i really hate driving after dark on I75 & Hgw 17 so I called to get a update. It was urgent. I told her id leave at 7am be there by 9am as its about a 2 hr drive. His floor nurse was Kristi 2nd fl. my friends nurse she updated his condition and I was totally pit to ease Very kind nurses and staff This hospital exceeded all my expectations absolutely beautiful ..immaculatly cleaned and welcoming..I know I hate going to hospitals for any reason. It actually pit our 2 hospital in Lee & Collier to shame. We could certainly use an Advent Care Hospital in the Lee city area. Being in the service industry fir over 55 yrs I know what service is about. And trust me id switch to there servi

My experience with Advent Health was the best. The entire staff put the patient first and each one had a positive attitude. The devotion distributed each day was very inspiring. There were activities for.spouse and visitors while I was having physical therapy. The response time if I needed help was just seconds when I signaled. The case manager was so knowledgeable and help us deal with insurance requirements. I have only the best things to tell everyone about Advent Health!

Mama was in the ER twice in one week. Vivia RN and Amanda RN were absolutely wonderful with her. Dementia and anxiety can make things very difficult, but these nurses went above and beyond to help her. Their patience, compassion and dedication truly made a difference and we’re so grateful for the care provided.

A visit to the emergency room was handled very well. Everyone was friendly and prompt. The doctors were very patient and thorough. We were very impressed by the care.

Absolutely ridiculous!!!! My 3 year gashed his head open i went straight to the hospital waited for triage for about 30 mins in the lobby. Then after the triage waited a hour for someone to actually look at his head. Then about another 45 mins for them to come put 2 staples in his head. When they did come in to actually put the staples in i had to ask them if they were going to clean it first bc the doctor just grabbed the stapler and went to staple it. He stopped when I asked and said yeah we can clean it.
