Front desk woman in the flannel jacket lacks compassion and social skills. She really should find a different field to work in. Every other staff member is top notch!

I've been going to Dr. Lindfield for 10 years now. She is every bit the professional I hoped for. I saw her today and she was very kind and really wanted to know what I was feeling about post surgical scarring. I feel very safe with Dr. Lindfield and her team looking out for me.

I was so disappointed by how I was treated by the staff. I’ve interacted with 2 of the staff and both times they had such an attitude and were SO rude to me. I was already nervous for my appointment and not only did they talk down to me but I had to wait an hour for my scheduled appointment. Then when they called to schedule a follow up, they blamed me that it hadn’t been schedule and then told me I could go somewhere else. When I said I needed to check with my doctor first, they said “fine with me” and then hung up. They made me so uncomfortable.

After reading some of these reviews I was nervous to take my 7 yr old daughter here. My worries were put to rest as soon as Dr. Lindfield walked through the door. She was incredibly kind and warm with my daughter. She even worked with the front desk to call our pediatrician to make sure that the dosage was appropriate. At our follow up, she performed a procedure on my daughter. She made us both feel comfortable and was very gentle with her. I am very happy that we were recommended to this office.

I have had great experiences here. I have been going to Dr. Linfield for 8 years, she is honest, kind, answered all of my questions. I also had the PA who was wonderful. I would recommend this surgeon to anyone.
