Columbia University Irving Medical Center's Milstein Family Heart Center is really lovely - the lobby is clean, well-kept, and administratively seems relatively organized in regard to patient check-in. There is a Starbucks conveniently located near this area, as well as a nicely-sized gift shop with lots of items available for selection!

Doctor's have no bed side manners. They want you in and out. It's a like a meat place. They just want your money. They don't care about patient. Dr. Hadie 5 th fl. I say no more

How come no one ever wears a face mask in the always packed waiting area for the noninvasive cardiac imaging dept (4th floor). My husband is immune suppressed and has made multiple visits here and no ever has a face mask and folks are all right next to each other. No matter what is going around, COVID surge, cold/flu season , no masks. Go to other places in the hospital, same day, people are wearing masks. It's just weird, presumably at least some of the people here have heart conditions or other risk factors .

The entire staff did an exceptional job taking care of my brother. His last stop in ICU was the most special, as the attending Docter was the epitome of professionalism and humanity up to the end. They managed my brother’s last minutes with no pain, just peace and grace

If I could give them no stars I would. Went to the orthopedic and had a x ray and a appointment. Only to be told by the doctor she doesn't do shots and I have to come back for someone else to do it. Am so upset that I have to wait for another appointment. My ankle is hurting me. I can't walk or work like this. I wish weill Cornell still had a doctor that took my insurance.
