VivaMas Medical Center Pembroke Pines

This place is clinic my mom goes for medical care. Her primary care doctor is Doctor Peralta…. I leave messages and she does not respond. The first time I left 4 messages and she finally returned my call. Today we are waiting after 4 messages have been left. This place is horrific.!!!!

Where do I start, The Pembroke Pines clinic is the worse place I have ever been. My mother joined this clinic 6 months ago and every time I take her to see a doctor there is always issues. If you have an appointment, they make you wait hours. If you have to see a specialist, you have to wait weeks for an appointment, and when you go, its on a first come first basis. My mother had an appointment to see the pulmonologist, but when she got there, she was told she did not have an appointment, she had tto wait and see if they could add her to the list. Once she was placed on the list, she was number 17 for the doctor to see her. Mind you, she arrived at 9:30 am and by 11:30 am the doctor had only seen 3 people because the 4th patient on that list, was sitting next to me waiting to be called

The woman who answers the phone speaks Spanish only and hang up if you don't. They have 1 person in the hole office named Sebastián who speaks English. Today 11/15 he must have been out because that woman just says oh no English hangs up. Good luck getting your referrals from this office!!!!!

The best Doctors Dr. Alicia Rodriguez Martinez y Dr Pupo, excellent team, more than professionals, my angels, always welcoming every patient with their medical knowledge and experience. My health is on their hands for the rest of my life. Blessings.
