Beth takes the time to review goals with you and help you practice exercises to achieve those goals. My core is significantly stronger than when we first started about five months ago. I would highly recommend sessions with Beth to anybody looking to heal and strengthen their core.

I cannot recommend Dr Guarin enough! She is very friendly and caring. I highly recommend her every time anyone asks me how my pregnancy was. I started having pelvic girdle pain in 2nd and 3rd trimester, to the point I could not walk. As soon as I started PFPT, the pain reduced significantly and no longer had pain the 1 month left in my pregnancy and she helped prep for labor. I felt more confident and at ease during labor.
