Vitality Urgent Care Lake Zurich

I visited the new urgent care in Lake Zurich with my toddler and had such a great experience. The place is super clean, modern, and the staff is really friendly and professional. They’re amazing with kids, they even gave my daughter a little toy after the visit, and she was so happy. It’s a brand-new location with an X-ray room and everything you need. Overall, fast, easy, and really kid-friendly. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at this facility. I came in stressed about my concern, but the doctor took his time to listen and made me feel truly heard. By the time I left, I felt calm and completely in good hands. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, and the place itself is beautiful, clean, and calming — which really adds to the whole experience. Highly recommend!

I visited this urgent care clinic today with my daughter, and I was extremely impressed from the moment we walked in. The facility is brand new, very clean, and beautifully remodeled, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The staff was incredibly pleasant, welcoming us with kindness and professionalism. Our doctor, Dr. Radion, was especially kind, patient, and gentle while helping my daughter, who had her ear-piercing stuck and needed a small intervention. He explained everything clearly and took great care to make sure she wasn’t scared or uncomfortable. The treatment was done quickly, safely, and very professionally. Vitality Urgent Care – Lake Zurich I had an excellent experience at Vitality Urgent Care in Lake Zurich. From start to finish, the staff was professional, attentive, and reassuring. Both the doctor and the aide who saw me were genuinely concerned about my medical needs and took the time to listen and thoroughly evaluate my issue, which was not easy to diagnose. I never felt rushed and felt I was handled with the utmost care. The facility itself is very modern, clean, and well organized, which immediately put me at ease. What truly stood out was receiving a follow-up call from the doctor after I had returned home—something you don’t often see and greatly appreciated. I was well looked after, and I highly recommend this location if you ever find yourself in need of urgent or emergency care

Amazing Service, very fast, it was very easy to check in, by walk in, they were very friendly and helpful, nurse tiffany was very professional she took care of my son and she was very kind to him, plus they have tv on each room and they made my son felt so comfty, Dr Rod was wondeful, he make sure we were fine, offer even water and juice to me and my son, they went above and beyond and we are so happy to have them here at LZ they are fast and convinient. I will give them 10 stars if I could. They have a nice office with plenty of space nice environment. Also have spanish nurse patricia in case anyone needs help with it !!
