Great front desk staff: knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Great doctor: listens, deep product knowledge, makes recommendations based on patient priorities and what's best for eye health. Great practice: conveneint location, adequate parking, family owned (none of that oversell big chain nonsense). I'm very happy with the service I received and would recommend this practice to everyone.

I've had positive and negative experiences with optometrists and this was one of the best. Everyone there was super friendly and welcoming. The support staff were very helpful through every step of the process. And Dr. Gebert gave extra attention and care to make sure my prescription was right. Every time I called, the person on the other end of the phone was polite, friendly, and helpful. I truly felt that they cared about my needs and were helping me get what I need.

Sara and Amee-Thank you! My daughter entrusted you with a pair of well over 100 year old heirloom solid gold glasses (my grandfathers). Absolutely perfect. No one else would do this detailed work. My wife and I raised our kids in Barrington, we live in South Florida now---I will gladly take a road trip the next time I need glass--no Joke! Service clearly is important to you! Glass was ordered on the Black Friday of 2021 and finally received it on 2/5/2022. it took 71 days. After waiting for 5 weeks, I started to ask for status on a weekly basis. Every single time, the answer was, it is coming next week. I was told I am not the only customer experiencing the delay, it is a very common situation at eye works. When I finally received the glass, they told me, they didn't do the transition lense as I ordered, it was never communicated to me ahead of time. When I asked for refund on the transition lense, they told me the refund goes to the insurance company, there is no charge on you anyway, therefore no refund to you. Please give me a break, why should I be at loss for the provider's mistake? I also ordered the glass to match my clip-on because my old pair has a
