Vital Care of Eastern Idaho

The staff is kind, caring and knowledgeable. The nurses are very good at their jobs. The atmosphere is warm and caring. They go out of their way to ensure the patients are comfortable. They also make every effort to help with financial aid when its available. I highly recommend this facility.

The two nurses who run the front at Vital Care are wonderful! They always greet my mom with genuine kindness and care. They go above and beyond to make her feel welcome, cozy, and comfortable which means the world to us.

Over the past year, I have consistently utilized this company's services for my daughter's formula and supplies. Even though I have to commute an hour it is completely worth it! The staff is outstanding and so nice to me every single time I come in. It is always so clean and it is an enjoyable experience each time I come in.

They never do seem to get everything that's needed for infusions. Hell, I even went to their office yesterday to pick up my medications and this morning when I go to infuse, I don't have the drip line necessary to do it. I wouldn't recommend these people if they were the last damn outfit on Earth to get your medications.
