Idaho Physio

I really appreciate Idaho Physio! Dr Cuthbertson took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and created a treatment plan that has made a huge difference in my pain level. His hands-on, professional approach, combined with targeted exercises, helped me much faster than I expected.

Michael has been instrumental in my recovery and recuperation from various sports injuries I sustain (and self inflict) as a physical fitness instructor. Together we are working on ways to decrease or eliminate the incidence of these overuse injuries. I appreciate Michael's genuine interest in my healing and his vast knowledge of how the body works. I highly recommend his services to anyone who wants a different approach to healing. So often doctors are quick to recommend surgery or medications when the kind of work Michael does with physical manipulation/adjustment as well as therapeutic exercises that can be done by myself at home have proven, time after time, to correct my mechanical instabilities.

My first experience with Idaho Physio was when I got vertigo. I wasn’t able to walk without falling over. I started at a place that specialized in balance and they helped to improve my symptoms but I would still get dizzy frequently after 2 months of working with them. My sister would not stop talking about her amazing physical therapist so when I was visiting her I made an appointment with Idaho Physio to see if there was anything that they could do to help with my symptoms. After one visit my symptoms were completely gone! I no longer had any vertigo and it has been over a year symptom free. I currently live in Illinois but anytime I visit my sister I make sure to see Michael. This last visit I really wanted to work on my knee as I am a runner but my knee had been bothering me anytime I

Idaho Physio has literally been life changing for me and some of my family and friends. Prior to starting Physio I was scheduled for back injections and other treatment. A friend recommended Idaho Physio and when I visited Dr. Mike he had me hold off on injections until I absolutely needed them and started Physio therapy with him. I haven’t needed injections and I haven’t been feeling this well in years. Dr. Mike is extremely thorough and explains in great detail the treatments and exercises. I would highly recommend Idaho Physio to anyone and feel pretty lucky that we have someone this specialized in our little community.

Dr. Cuthbertson is amazing. It’s like he has magic in his hands. He has such a good understanding of how the different parts of the body function together. He explains everything really well and provides great ways to stretch and maintain at home.
