Chanse was amazing to work with. He found the perfect place for my MIL that checked off all our main priorities AND he walked us through the whole process of applying, touring the facility, and communicating with the manager and staff. He even found donated furniture for us to use AND moved it in HIMSELF!! It was so easy for us and my MIL is now in a much better place that meets all her needs. I could not have navigated this all by myself, if you are considering assisted living, hands down 100% recommend working with Chanse. He even dropped off a welcome gift for my MIL after she moved in. Great guy to work with. ❤️

Senior Solutions was my savior when suddenly dealt with my fathers health issues and needing to place him in care. My father is only 64 so this came out of no where and I was suddenly in need of placing my father in a care facility and navigating the VA, Medicaid, and Medicare systems, I seriously could not have done this without Chanse and his team. They literally walked me through every step, helped find facilities to tour (which is VERY IMPORTANT), provided transportation (as I do not live in Idaho Falls), moved his belongings to the facility, transported my father to the facility, and have continually checked in with me even after placement. Everyone should know about Senior Solutions as they truly care and have the vast knowledge needed to navigate the systems for our aging or memory

Chanse helped my brother and I place my dad in a memory care facility for the second time. He is really good about helping through the process every step of the way. He does all the hard work for you. He also helped move my dad and all of his things out of the other facility and into the new facility. Chanse also is good about checking in after the transition to see how things are going. I couldn’t recommend him enough.

When needing to find a care center for my father, Chanse came to my rescue. With all the stress of learning about Medicare, long term care insurance, and doctor visits, it was such a relief to find someone that understood and could help us. It took such a load off of my worries. Chanse, thank you so much for your genuine concern and assistance.
