Visual Health Doctors of Optometry - Falls Church

So far my experience has been awesome! My doctor is super knowledgeable and I really liked the education he gave me about my eyes. Looking forward to coming back to get new glasses!

From the moment I walked through the door, she greeted me with such warmth and professionalism that it instantly made me feel at ease. Natalia was incredibly efficient and organized, managing appointments with ease while making sure each patient felt attended to. She answered all my questions about insurance, scheduling, and the office’s services with patience and a smile. It’s rare to find someone who balances friendliness with professionalism so well! I just spent 40 minutes at this provider, 30 minutes past my appointment time and hadn't been seen by anyone. When I finally asked when I would be seen, they informed they were still looking for my insurance (which I provided both when I made the appointment online and upon arrival). At this point, I had no more patience with the lack of communication and not being seen, so I told them nevermind there are other providers and left. I had been going here for years, but something changed, all new people in the office and zero customer service given. I won't be going back, there are too many other options for optometrists in the area.

I had an excellent experience at Visual Health! The doctor was professional, thorough, and made me feel completely at ease during my visit. I especially want to give a shoutout to Natalia at the front desk, she went above and beyond to help me with my insurance issues and handled everything with such a calm, friendly demeanor. Her kindness and patience really helped me feel less stressed and made the whole visit so much smoother. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for exceptional care and a truly welcoming team!

Fantastic experience! I took my son for his first eye exam, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Dr. Valera gave one of the most detailed and caring checkups we’ve ever had. Mo was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the whole process—from booking to using our insurance—was smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place!
