The staff here is fantastic, but one person truly made my experience unforgettable — Janielle Colón. I came in for occupational therapy for my fingers, and from day one, Janielle was incredible. She listened closely, coached me patiently, and guided me through my exercises with genuine care. What stood out most was the environment she created — warm, welcoming, and full of encouragement. Janielle is the kind of therapist who advocates for you every step of the way, always ready to answer questions with both expertise and enthusiasm. I have had an amazing experience at this office! Cara and Janelle have been helping me with a knee injury and hand injury over the last 16 visits, and I have noticed significant improvement. Their instructions for home care have been very clear, and I am planning to utilize their knowledge and expertise to continue to improve. The office staff and assistants are incredibly kind and thorough, and the entire staff is lovely. Highly recommend!

This is my second therapy experience at this location and without a doubt I can't imagine a better outcome for both. It is my plan to keep in touch as I have in the past with my new friends and to recommend to others within my circle of friends. In early 2024 I began physical therapy for age-related spine and pelvic joint injuries. My physical therapist, Cara Tillou, was simply outstanding. Over time, no matter how inexact my report of symptoms, she managed to pinpoint the source of pain or tightness and therapeutically address it. She worked on both individual episodes and building up my overall strength. Cara is a patient and careful listener and uses a combination of techniques including: physical manipulation, stretching, muscle strengthening exercises, and training to enhance balance. Following successful treatment, at discharge she provided me with a useful set of exercises and stretches to maintain function and prevent re-occurrence. In sum, Cara is a highly skilled physical therapist and, moreover, that most valuabl
