Dr. Hines has been my endocrinologist for many ,many years. I trust her with my care implicitly. She always takes the time to chat to see how I am emotionally doing as well as physically as it impacts my diabetic care. I have belonged to KAISER since 1974 and Dr. Hines is by far and away the best doctor I have ever had and I have had excellent care throughout the years from many Kaiser doctors.

Despite my appointment being canceled, I was treated with kindness and care. Crystal and Precious went above and beyond to help me with my pump, and their patience and compassion meant so much to me. Dr. Heines is a wonderful doctor caring, knowledgeable, and someone I trust completely. I’m truly grateful for this entire team.

Dr. Hines inspires confidence in her knowledge and in genuine interest in her patients care. I also felt like we had sufficient time to discuss any health questions adequately without having to rush.

Dr. Hines is an outstanding physician. She listens to my concerns and responds to them. I felt an immediate connection when I first met her and have not been disappointed in her attention to my issues and recommendations.
