I only have the best things to say about their staff. I especially want to mention Sade for taking such good care of my mom, who is hard of hearing and short. My mom is visiting from the Philippines and doesn’t have insurance to cover her eye check-up and prescription glasses, and Sade made sure we received the maximum discount possible. She also ensured that my mom’s glasses were the best fit, even getting down on her knees to take measurements. Thanks also to Dr. Mahal—she’s super kind, patient, and very thorough. Thank you to their manager, Zee, for approving all the discounts Sade wanted to give us. We truly appreciate your kindness and pray for continued success for everyone. God bless! Everyone at Visual Health is always professional and friendly. From the Doctors to the Associates, they all take the time to answer my questions without rushing. They were also i credibly helpful in picking out glass that would fit me best, in the style I prefer.

The office team at Visual Health Doctors of Optometry are not professional- they do not disclose all fees until the completion of the appointment. Although Dr. Chhitwal is good though a little rushed, the office team lets this place down. I will prefer a different well rated Eye Doctor's office for my next visit.

My family and I have given this office several chances - and we’ve come to the conclusion that we are never going back here. They are extremely unprofessional when handling insurance and love to embed hidden fees that they don’t mention until AFTER the appointment. The Herndon office is much better, strongly encourage everyone to go there instead. This location is a mess.

Excellent doctors and kind support staff is why Visual Health in Fairfax is my go to for contacts and eye exams. Even when I lived in New York they got me the best prices on contacts and shipped them fast. Thank you!!
