After accidentally breaking my glasses, I came in to Visionworks to get new frames. Kat was very helpful and attentive when helping me pick out a style, and was very knowledgeable about what would work best with my face shape. She helped me get the best deal with what my vision insurance covered, and I was really relieved that I didn’t have to pay hundreds of dollars, unlike when I went through my regular optometrist. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name but when I came in a few weeks ago to get them adjusted he gave me some very useful tips on how to keep my frames from slipping. I will for sure be coming back whenever I need anything else with my vision!

I went to Visionworks because they were open on Dec 31 (other were not) expecting the usual glasses buying experience. I was blown away how nice and helpful staff could be. Chase in particular is worth asking for. Aside from the excellent help I found the frames offered to be way more useful than Target or Costco for my head width (48mm ideal). Will 100% return next year. Thanks, Chase!
