Solid 3 star experience 1 star for the lady Monday Feb 16 5 stars for the nice reception that instructed me what paperwork I needed I got that paperwork Denied, by Monday lady, she didn't even try,, and she told me the longest wait time I heard in my life for glasses Met in the middle for rating Immediately went somewhere else and was helped tremendously better, took my business elsewhere

Great experience from start to finish! When I called to ask if they accept my insurance they were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about my specific insurance. At my appointment, Annabelle was nice, extremely patient with me and all my questions and the process of finding the right frames that were right for me. I have bad eye health, the doctor took her time and wrote up a concern she had that advised me to give my ophthalmologist to ensure the issue is addressed. I don't give many reviews but they are extremely deserving of 5 stars!

I can’t thank Carlos enough for his excellent customer service and numerous glasses adjustments that he’s done for me over the last couple of years. I am always greeted with warmth and a smile. I had a pair of reading glasses that were bent so badly and he some how fixed them back an almost perfect condition. I can’t thank them enough for offering such first class service. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to come here for their vast collection of glasses and services.

Hi. I've been a patient and customer at Vision One Optometry for over a decade now. I've moved residencies several times but continue to drive here for my eye health and care needs. I've seen three doctors here, all were kind to me. They are professional and take their time discussing my eye health with me. I chose this place because they are open until 6 and because of the variety of eyewear 👓 they carry from affordable glasses to really expensive ones. It's all here. I never feel pressure to buy anything out of my budget. The office staff is patient and informative. Jose, is the best! The office asks for donated eyeglasses for those in need and doctors volunteer their time to individuals in need without insurance at events held in our community. I think that's awesome. Had a very bad experience, the receptionist got angry because I was making three appointments, so now it turns out that businesses don't want customers and treat the people who go badly. I would never go back to that place. Somebody knows any other business?
