Vision Now! Trinidad

The staff were kind and efficient. They were honest about suggestions and recommendations. I have been blind since I was a child so I have seen a lot of eye clinics and I enjoyed all the machines and tele appointment with the doctor. It really cuts down on anxiety to not have to wait a long time. Just a recommendation to help the staff, if the owner could hire a cleaning crew to come to spiffy up the bathrooms and sinks and mirrors a couple times a week. I know a lot of foot traffic comes in so it's hard, but I think it will really set a nice precedent with difficult customers.

I had such a great experience at Vision Now! The entire team is friendly, professional, and truly cares about their patients. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood all my options. The office is clean, modern and efficient, and I never felt rushed during my visit. I highly recommend Vision Now to anyone looking for quality eye care and a team that genuinely puts their patients first!

Cristy, Emily, Devin, Nellie, and Naomi are the absolute best. The energy, knowledge. And enthusiasm they bring is out of this world. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else!

The first time I went it was great. Now my glasses are broken so I went in to order another on December 22 2025 here it is February 3,2026 and I still haven't heard from them smh I sent my son to get glasses there also his appointment was in January 9,2026 and also haven't heard from them about his glasses I hope he doesn't have to wait as long as I have. I guess I will have to go and get glasses some where else.

The vision now staff were wonderful, they were attentive and professional. I was welcomed with warmth from everyone and left feeling taken care of. For it being a telehealth office I was amazed with how efficiently the doctor was able to take care of my needs. The staff were all nice and ensured I had the help I needed. The tech Devon who took me through the process explained every step and answered any question I had that she could. Quite a smooth process. All the way around a great experience!
