The pharmacists should learn a bit about the issues the medications are meant to treat. ADHD symptoms can become overwhelming to women in perimenopause. These symptoms can include anxiety, depression, overwhelming inability to control emotions, even suicide. I was prescribed Adderall, which I have learned is a controlled substance. I didn't know it was and I was never asked for my ID (I'm told they were supposed to ask every time), asked any questions, etc the first 3-4 times I filled my prescription. The last time I went to fill my prescription the pharmacist wanted to ask me many questions. Told me it was "policy". When I asked why are they asking me personal medical questions where anyone can hear when previously they didn't even ID me the pharmacist told me they had asked questions pre

Went to er the pharmacy had just received my prescription and they said would fill in 10 min they did it in less the pharmacist she was greeat

Every time I go here there is always some problem. I always get the same lady who is rude. I had a problem with my prescription being under the wrong name and even after showing her that my prescription was sent in to them, she told me I needed to resolve the issue. I ended up going back almost 15 minutes later to try and talk with her again. I was lucky enough that she left though. Some kinder lady helped me out and actually looked for my prescription and found it for me! The first lady I went to didn't even care or bothered to help me out more. I won't be going back because of the older lady named Jen, she caused more stress and she seemed to have an issue with me. I've always been kind to her but she has an issue with me apparently. Won't be going back to this place for a long time.

Highly don’t recommend Safeway pharmacy, if you can avoid it you absolutely should. I understand being short staffed but this is ridiculous. Every time I go there’s a problem. I have insurance and gold rx but for some reason every single time I need my meds filled they just can’t seem to figure it out without a solid good old fashioned standoff. It’s like pulling teeth trying to get them to do things the right way. I don’t understand how hard it is to type in a bin, pcn, group, or member ID, but I’m sure it’s realllllllllly tough Safeway. Do better

Simply awful. This place isn’t a pharmacy as much as it is a revolving door of incompetence. I received both a call and a text message informing me that my RX has been refilled and was ready to be picked up. After waiting in line for about 15 minutes with three people in front of me(this is pretty typical. I always plan ahead about half an hour to account for the consistently glacial service), I proceed to ask for my refill. Despite having contacted me multiple times, they were unable to locate the physical refill, or the order for one. This is not the first time this has happened, but it will be the last. Loathe as I am to go to Walmart, options are limited here. Save yourself many hours of frustration and avoid the disaster that is the Safeway Pharmacy in Trinidad.
