This small town pharmacy is the BEST, I love Kathy, she’s not only knowledgeable but extremely intelligent. The BEST Pharmacist and her Staff, the Sweetest, knowledgeable and compassionate staff as well. The BEST I’ve ever known & I’ve used major pharmacies. Friendly staff. In and out very quickly.

Counter help is always rude. Phone help even more rude. They fail to call in refills. in Trinidad we only have walmart, Safeway, and these guys and they know they don’t have competition. Employee are rude rude rude. I would use a different pharmacy if I had a choice.

I had a prescription ordered a month ago and rhey still haven't ordered it. Every time I go in they have us wait 10 minutes just to tell me it still needs to be ordered. They've "ordered it" three times now. Everytime I call I get hung up on or met with an attitude. Very disappointed.

Excellent customer service. Everyone I’ve ever spoken with here is friendly, patient and accommodating. Hometown is easily the best pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. 5 stars.
