Vision i Care

Save your money, these people are scammers !!! I paid for contact lenses prescription and they wanted me to pay so much money for a trial I never tried or tested. Never received my prescription. Horrible. I recommend target for contact lenses and glasses, a very good deal.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Vision I Care! The customer service was excellent, friendly, professional, and very welcoming from the moment I walked in. The whole process was fast and smooth, and what really impressed me was the follow-up afterward. They checked in on me to make sure everything was going well and that I was taken care of. That extra level of care really shows how much they value their patients. Highly recommend!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Younger 2 workers are nice. The man in the corner and the eye doctor were very rude. Making remarks to my 7 year old. Being rude to my 4 year old who was in there for an exam. Also making remarks to me. Very Unprofessional those 2. And they also weren’t upfront about prices. I took the prescription and went elsewhere.

Very disappointed with the service at this eye clinic. I called earlier in the day to schedule an appointment and was told they could see my child the same day. They took all of my child’s information, including insurance, and confirmed the appointment over the phone. When I arrived, the front desk lady was rude and questioned why I didn’t just come tomorrow instead. When I explained my child has school, she sarcastically replied, “She had school today too.” I told her my child was actually off, and she still insisted we come the next day. If they weren’t going to take us in, they should have said so over the phone instead of wasting my time and gas. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was extremely disappointing. I won’t be returning, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who
