Bland & Tregre Family Dentistry

My wife has been going to Bland & Tregre Family Dentistry since 2014. I was loyal to another Dental office because a family member worked there. I needed some upper crowns and wanted another opinion before investing the money. Since the first visit I have been blown away at the professionalism from everyone in the office. I was in medical sales for 10 years so I've dealt with many front office personnel at a Doctor's practice. Michelle and Mindy are extremely great at what they do especially in providing answers to any of my questions both in person and on the phone. They constantly have a positive attitude and make you feel at home when you walk in. We all know that's not the case in some dental offices. Finding the right dentist is always a struggle, but I absolutely found a perfect one in Dr. Tregre. He explained everything he was doing while checking and cleaning my teeth. He was concerned about my comfort throughout my checkup and made suggestions about some previous dental work that needed to be monitored. There was no “hard sell” to have unnecessary procedures done. I definitely recommend this practice and Dr. Tregre without hesitation.

I was a patient for years until they sent me a bill for a routine cleaning. I was confused because I have insurance. When I called to ask about the bill I was informed that they no longer accept my insurance and haven’t for the past year. Isn’t that something you should tell your patients before you sit them in the chair? We fill out new paperwork with this information every year and you didn’t notice that my insurance was on the NOT list. Office staff made it seem like “it’s not our problem so pay the bill.” Very disappointing!

It was very nice! The Dentist kept asking if I was okay. His assistant was so sweet too. Considering how much I have Had done to my bad teeth it was a very pleasant experience!

I have always been sooo scared of the dentist, but the Dr's and staff here are really amazing! They are very sensitive to my dental anxiety and are gentle and understanding. The scheduling is always smooth and they've been able to squeeze me in with any urgent issues. I will definitely continue to recommend them!!
