How anyone can leave any negative reviews about this office of professional people is beyond me.. the dentist there is absolutely AMAZING. And thank you to him by the way. It had been a very long time since I went to a dentist. THEY were as gentle as they could be, reasonable prices and very professional. They made a very scary, painful and stressful situation extremely calming. I highly recommend them. I'm not in anymore pain and im so grateful. ❤️

I am truly disappointed with my experience at Lonestar Family Dental. I had scheduled and confirmed an appointment, only to be turned away upon arrival because they do not accept Cigna, despite confirming my appointment beforehand. It was unprofessional and frustrating to make the trip all the way there, only to be told they couldn’t see me. This lack of communication and courtesy is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this office to others and suggest potential patients verify their insurance acceptance beforehand to avoid similar issues. The young lady Amber explained it but was nonchalant about the entire situation!

Ivonne González and Dr Mangla did an excellent job extracting my wisdom tooth; Fast, efficient, & with professionalism.

I was nervous as always, but everyone was very nice and welcoming. For my first time. And, especially Lupita! The assistant, she was super sweet and very calming, friendly and I enjoyed our chat about turtles, because I love turtles. The room had soothing music playing, I enjoyed that. Also, I appreciate the help they offered when it came to the payment. I will be going back!
