Zero star…called for my aunts appt and was told her appt was canceled. Very bad customer service from service desk to optical. Both have no compassion towards customer just wanted to win in a conversation. A patient has a reason to be upset when their appt is being canceled without being notified. Especially when they were told that a voicemail was left but it wasn’t. It would be helpful if they tried to reach the patient for a second time or send a text message or email. Now the blame is on the patient for not getting that message that was never delivered. Very poor customer service. We’re taking our services somewhere else’s cause our eyes can’t wait a few months out for something that wasn’t corrected from the start.
