I have been seeing Loida for about 5 months now for some chronic shoulder and back pain. She is my savior!! My physical therapist suggested I try her and it was the best advice I could have gotten. Not only are my massages relaxing but she finds the problem spots and works them out giving me amazing relief. Her space is also very clean and comfortable. I have had lovely massages from other healers before, but Loida is honestly in a league of her own. The ambiance of the space is lovely, there's a little fireplace and calming music playing throughout. I went in primarily for shoulder pain and was so impressed. She hit all my known trigger points and even worked places other massage therapists haven't before, and that I didn't realize were holding tension! She also incorporated stretching into the massage which really helped loosen up my shoulders. At the end, she gave me some suggestions for stretches and strengthening exercises that my physical therapists hadn't even suggested. She is very thorough and it is very clear that she cares about the healing and well-being of her clients. I am looking forward to returning!
