Very rude the lights are out and they take that as a sign to be completely ride alfor absolutely no reason don't ask any questions or you will get an attitude definitely people who don't feel like doing there jobs

Very efficient service as it comes to pharmacy orders. I like that CVS will send a text to let me know when my prescription can be picked up, as well as reminding me that I am due for a refill! The staff is very friendly and well informed. If I ever have a question it is answered promptly, and knowledgeably! The extra care program is great! I am rewarded for the pharmacy orders I place, as well as rewards for any other merchandise I tend to buy! Great coupons, on top of the extra care bucks! Well rounded store and very pleasant staff! Red box on site!

The people that work here are very slow. My daughters prescription is NEVER ready when the automated system says it's ready for pick up. They do not pay attention to where they are sending their requests for refills when there is a refill needed. Multiple times they've tried to tell me that they requested a refill to the Dr for a prescription that doesn't even need permission to get a refill because there is 2 or whatever refills left on the bottle I have at home. I called my child's doctor stating what they had told me right there in the spot each time they've done that. Turns out their workers were not paying attention and they put the information of the Dr wrong and the medical insurance denied my child's prescription because of their error. They blamed the Dr for that error as well. F

The pharmacist I dealt with tonight was completely useless...she refused to fill my prescription because she wanted to leave work...she has no problem messing up people's lives so she can clock out. If anyone deals with the girl with the nose piercing good luck...she doesn't care about patients...I will be switching my pharmacy.
