From the moment I walked into Landmark Medical Center to the time I had my gallbladder removed, the care I received was absolutely exceptional. Every single nurse was incredibly attentive, kind, and genuinely caring. They kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I always knew what was happening. I never felt confused or overlooked — they communicated clearly and consistently, which made such a difference during a stressful time. My surgeon, Dr. Luke, was amazing. My OR nurse, my RN, and my anesthesiologist were all outstanding. Each member of the team made sure I was comfortable and reassured before and after surgery. You can truly tell they care about their patients. I’ve been to several hospitals in Rhode Island, and I can confidently say this was one of the best experiences

I give 3 stars to emergency dept. First- the positive feedback... I was seen for severe pain and asked for psych eval also and was cleared. I just want to say the social worker who did the eval is and was a diamond In the rough. She did an amazing helpful caring compassionate and informed job with my eval. The security officers who see a lot were all impressive. Even though I even was being a jerk at times. I got upset about the layout of the psych dept and the awful nurses who are not informed of the ropes of mental health work. Don't listen don't tell you what's going on just leave you there. So I voiced that upset to security guard who basically had a heart to heart with me in those awful little rooms. Now I take stars away because honestly... While I see hard working people. I see a lo

Excellent experience! From the moment I arrived at the reception until the time of my breast exam, I was treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism. The entire team is very friendly and patient. They truly do not mind when patients do not speak English and take all the time needed to explain everything clearly and answer all questions. That made me feel very comfortable and safe during my visit. I really appreciate the care and attention I received. Five stars without a doubt!

Honestly shout out to Landmark for making my wife's birth experience so amazing this time around, after 2 nightmare experiences elsewhere traumatized her (*cough cough * W&I) . Now shes even contemplating a 4th child because she knows she would go to landmark and LOVES the staff and just genuinely loved the experience. Thank you for making my wife feel safe and cared for. 4 months post partem and she still cant stop talking about how amazing her nurses, anesthesiologist, Doctor, and the midwife were, and how everyone took her needs seriously. Her only regret was not bringing little gifts for the staff!

I was brought to the ER on 1/27/26. The ER staff were excellent. I was treated well & given sufficient pain medication. When I was sent to the floor I was treated well. Nursing Staff were excellent as were the CNA's. They were attentive & caring. Housekeeping was also good. Overall, I had a good experience with everyone, including the Phycians.
