Virtua Urgent Care - Mount Holly

Do not recommend. I arrived at 7:30 as a walk in and the receptionist says all slots have been filled for the evening. How do you take walk in visits but can’t walk in to be serviced. Do not recommend. Now I have to drive to Cherry Hill urgent care.

Thank you Jenn, RT for being gentle with swabbing my nasal passage as well as being proactive in doing so! Thank you Sarah, MA for listening to my caring of my symptoms and conducting smooth vitals. I love this Urgent Care!

Lynda Matthews is the best medical assistant! I came in with 4 very sick kids back in August and she took extra good care of them. She was very quick, and efficient, getting us seen quickly. She handled the registration effortlessly and she had my kids laughing and smiling for the first time all day. Since then, we've been back for this and that, and I love it every time she is the working because it's always been a great visit, even when things are not that great. Thank you, Lynda! Amazing service and professionalism. Keep it up, maybe she's the Office Manager, but she's great!! I will always go to this location.

I went in this morning with a routine infection. From the lady at the front desk, the nurse that did vitals and intake and Dr. Mengi all were the best. I was seen quickly. Everyone was professional and kind. Dr Mengi was amazing. Knew exactly what was wrong. But spent time with me before making sure I was comfortable and I understood everything. Could not have had any better of an experience. Thank you to everyone there you’re the best.

I've given this Virtua Urgent Care more chances than I should have, and every visit has been consistently disappointing. Each time I walk in, I am met with unprofessional behavior. Staff laughing at me with my problems, dismissive attitudes, and a level of rudeness that has no place in Healthcare. What makes it worse is the long wait times even when there are no other patients around. It feels like no one is actually interested in providing care. At this point, I strongly recommend choosing a different urgent care if you want to be treated with basic respect and receive actual medical attention. This location has let me down repeatedly, and I won't be returning.
