The gentleman that works at (possibly owns) this store did a nice job replacing a damaged heel on my custom Kingsley riding boots. Reasonable price and time frame, he even cleaned up the boots too! Thank you for your service & assistance!

Clearly did nothing to my shoes!!! Chinese Guy acts like HE CLEARLY doesn't like black people!!! Really nasty to me like I not spending money with him I'M NOT EVER GOING BACK!!! I was Really excited to see my shoe but they look the same as when I drop them off!!! Like he took my shoes and threw them on the shelf til I came back to pick them up!!

This guy makes up prices off the top of his head with zero guidelines. I took a bag in to have the zipper replaced. The man quoted me $100. I asked if I could think about it and come back if I decided to go ahead. Less than 24hrs later I went back ready to have him repair the bag. He says "how much did I tell you yesterday"? I told him $100 and replied "no this isn't $100 repair this $150 repair". I would not have returned if he quoted me $150 the 1st time! Absolutely ashame people have zero honor with business anymore!

I took 5 pairs of shoes and boots for repair. After quoting a reasonable price, he asked for payment up front. No problem, pretty standard practice. I then asked what his policy was for unsatisfied customers. Rather than respond to the reasonable questions he began espousing on how he isn't new to the game,

Had 2 heels lowered on my shoes. Absolute great job. A wonderful hard working man. I read somewhere he was racist? What a false and racist to say . Foul and totally inaccurate statement to make. You'll get what you pay for. A decent job for the price issued. Thank you for your work. It was well done.
