Ignore the old negative reviews. I’ve never had a problem with this clinic. My counselor is amazing, warm, and kind(Sarah M.) The nursing staff are patient, quick at the dosing window, and helpful. Getting take homes is faster now than it was when I earned my month of tablets years ago. Get an appointment and check it out. I’m glad that I did. My old clinic in Camden was a NIGHTMARE. This place is the exact opposite.

To anyone thinking about going to this clinic to get help, please rest assured knowing the staff will do everything to make that happen. Of course you have to put in the work too. I know a lot of people are nervous when deciding on a place to get treatment. Some other local clinics have a bad reputation, but here you will find compassionate, caring, genuine and capable staff from Donna at the front desk to the counselors,(Vicki in particular) nurses and the doctor. I'm grateful and thankful to go to a clinic that really cares about their clients.

This clinic is amazing. I was working a job in the area so I had to guess dose and I couldn't have asked for a better place to do it at. I originally had planned on being in town for the job two weeks prior. My home clinic sent out the paperwork and I was set to go. My job changed the dates and I freaked out not knowing if I would be able to change dates on such short notice. Thank goodness for a great staff. I called and Steve answered the phone and transferred me to Victoria who is just amazing. She calmed me down and said that they would do whatever they possibly could do to make sure I recirecemy medication. I was treated as a human being instead of a nothing addict. They are caring, respectful, professional, supportive, program as long as you are willing to do the work they will smile and be just as nice as you!! They work hard for their patients! They truly want to see each person do their very best, But they are also no bullshit if your not serious their not going to treat you seriously! I owe them my sobriety completely!! 6 years sober and at the highest phase possible! If I can do it anyone can do this!! Edit: Feb 2026 as a long term patient it saddens me to have to even write this or alter my review.. we are human beings and mistakes are part of recovery that is to be expected, But when you have someone who’s NEVER had an issue makes a mistake, You can’t treat them in a black & white manner.. You can’t compare 6 years of 100% to someone messing

I reached out several times. First time, they were nice. But one day, called me saying they didn't accept third-party insurance. Okay, understandable. I said I couldn't afford out of pocket, so you would think they'd cancel my appointment. Nope, I got a call two weeks later from a therapist asking if I was still coming in. They called my phone like three times, while I was at work. When I didn't respond, they emailed me. I emailed the therapist back, saying I couldn't afford to pay out of pocket. And that I thought the appointment was canceled. So someone reached out later in the day, asking for my insurance information. I sent screenshots of my insurance cards to their email, to the lady at the front desk email. Think her name is Yolonda. It's been several months. Still haven't heard ANYT
