Called to get an Appt and they worked with my schedule to get me in. Dr. Griffin was extremely pleasant to work with and was able to help me diagnose my back pain. She also helped direct me to a very good specialist for further review. I’m glad to have the personal touch instead of a minute clinic!

This place would be GREAT, if only.... You could get an appointment within 2 months of calling. If only you could be seen within an hour of your appointment time. If only they would review your chart briefly OR listen to you when you went in. If only they would not make mistakes on your prescriptions, or refuse to refill them. If only they would bill your insurance correctly. If you were independently wealthy with a ton of free time, and never got sick, or if you felt like just hanging out in the waiting room was a blast, this would be a great practice for you. I have been going here for 5 years now, and all I can say is, if I want to stay healthy, I need a new family practice, because THIS ONE IS HORRIBLE!

If there was an option for more stars I would definitely have selected ! Such a great office ! I called as a new patient and they quickly got me seen same day . When I got into the office the manager Cindy herself even greeted me ,as well as her staff ! The office was clean and they had curtesy face mask for patients. Needless to say I even seen the phlebotomist wiping things down as he said it was his down time !! Dr. Amanda by far has been the best dr I ever seen ! Although I came in for myself she made sure I called my child’s pediatrician to make sure she would be okay since I had the flu! Thank you so much Virtua for my experience! I’ll drive from Philadelphia to your location any day for my future health needs !

Why even have a regular doctor if they never call you back and can never get an appointment? And Barbara in the office hangs up on patients in medical need. This office is very poorly ran and does not care about its patients. Run for the hills away from here like I am.

Love this office and the staff. Patient care is amazing! Dr Griffin is by far the best doctor I’ve seen in a long time!
